having fun with the kids

Thomas found the tie to my swimsuit and wanted to know what it was for.  I told him it was to hold up my pirate sword.  So we made him a hat and sword so he could try it out. 

 

 

Hailey and Thomas were trying on all of Keri's shoes.  Thomas was having trouble walking in the heels.  He said, "These shoes are too fally."

 

Super Heroes

I found this really cute idea for making capes from old t-shirts on Pinterest.

I have tons of old camp shirts in a garbage bag that I just can't seem to part with.  So, I pulled two of them out and tried the Pinterest idea.

Unfortunately, it will make the kids too fast for the camera.

So, you will need a Keri type person to help with the picture posing.

And if you are super lucky someone will clean the house in the background first.  

Being Silly

Thomas says: Jennifer, I want up

Hailey says: Let's take pictures.

So, I was taught them how to make rain.  hahaha.  We got a little bit wet. 

I remember teaching my kids to do this when they were little.  Always good for giggles.

As a mother nothing makes me happier than knowing that my children enjoy each others company.

 

Someday I'll remember to pick up the toys, close the laundry room door and read up on taking good quality pictures.  In the meantime this is what you get...  all my kids gathered together for pictures taken every 10 seconds or so
