Chile is a spanish speaking country, Mozambique speaks Portuguese and is definitely a Portuguese speaking mission. One of my companions (Elder Feliciano) was from there and one of their missionaries got transferred to this mission because he couldnt learn Portuguese.

re:picture = His name is Elder Mashase. The women are indeed Indian. Durban actually has over 1.5 million Indians, the largest concentration of them outside of India itself, and Stanger is a predominantly Indian area!
